BACKGROUND

The company was incorporated in June 1993 and began with Shirley Fletcher working alone, from home. In a few months, work demands led to the need for a serviced office and administrative support staff. We are now based in Waterlooville, Hampshire with a small permanent team and a network of over 60 associates around the UK.

Fletcher Consultancy has grown because of its commitment to quality, innovation and proactive, client-led operation. We have pioneered new approaches in Human Resources including the ‘Paperless Portfolio' approach to NVQ implementation and our ‘Seamless Management Development' approach to linking academic and NVQ awards with business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fletcher Consultancy not only develops new qualifications (S/NVQs), we also provide training, assessment and examinations in partnership with National Awarding Bodies, Sector Skills Council, Universities, Learning & Skills councils and Business Links.
